Charge in Ideal temperature
Do not charge in very high or very low temperatures that can cause the headphones not to charge. Always charge the headphones at an ideal temperature that is 5 degrees Celcius to 35 degrees Celcius. This can also be a very prominent problem in not getting the headphones charged.
Check if the headphones are in programming mode
If the headphones are in programming mode, they might not charge. This can easily be undone in basic steps:
- Connect your headphones to PC
- A notification will appear after PC recognizes them
- The headphones will be automatically out of programming mode
- Try to reconnect and it would work for you
