For this purpose, reset the router and now it should transfer the signals without any disruption and you should be able to connect the internet to your Ps4 and enjoy the seamless experience of playing games.
Restart the Ps4
Restarting the Ps4 can also solve the issue. Sometimes, due to excess load, the screen can get freeze and can sometimes be solved by merely restarting it. Try to reconnect after restarting.
But, keep in mind that do not directly pull out the AC power cord but manually restart the Ps4. It might solve the issue in some cases. If it does not, then try other solutions provided earlier.
