Fix Keurig Coffee Maker Not Working All Lights ON

If you wake up to find that your Keurig coffee maker isn’t working properly, don’t worry; there are several possible causes that can explain why it isn’t working.

Plus, the solutions are often simple and fast, and won’t even require you to call a repairman or schedule an appointment with the manufacturer.

Here are some of the most common reasons why your Keurig might not be working and what you can do about them.

It is embarrassing to admit, but even in its ninth year of production, I have had some difficulties with my home coffee maker.

In fact, I found that these products sometimes give me problems while other times they perform flawlessly. No matter what brand or model you own, there are some general causes and solutions that may be able to help solve your problem.

So without further ado, here are some causes and solutions for why does my Keurig not work. A. Electrical Problems If your machine is plugged into a wall outlet and it still will not turn on. Try plugging it into another outlet.

If you still get no response from your machine, check to make sure that power is actually getting to your outlet by plugging something else into it.

If you do have power going to your outlet, then either your machine’s cord or surge protector could be faulty. To test if it is just a bad cord, plug one end of it into an electrical socket.

And then use a voltmeter to test if electricity is running through it. If you find that electricity isn’t running through it, then purchase a new cord online or at an electronics store near you.

Causes of the Keurig not working

There are numerous reasons why your Keurig machine might not be working, but there are three main causes:

Mechanical, electrical and maintenance-related

It’s important to determine which of these causes is affecting your coffee brewer in order to take corrective action quickly.

  • If you don’t do so, you could end up wasting time and money on solutions that won’t fix your problem.
  • For example, if your brewer is unplugged or if it has a power outage, it won’t work.
  • Make sure it has power before trying any solutions outlined below.

Here are some other common problems and their solutions

  • The water reservoir isn’t full enough.
  • The water reservoir needs to be filled with fresh water every time you brew a cup of coffee.
  • And sometimes more than once during a single brewing cycle.
  • This is because as hot water passes through ground beans, it releases its flavour into the tank.
  • If you don’t refill your tank after each use.
  • your next cup will taste stale and weak.
  • Not at all like freshly brewed coffee should taste.

Solutions to fix it

We have put together some common solutions to help your Keurig machine get back on track.

  • The first thing to do is make sure that all of your cords are plugged in properly.
  • If you have an electric Keurig and live in a humid environment.
  • Or if you run water through your machine often, it is recommended that you purchase a descaling cartridge every three months to help flush out any mineral build-up that can cause hiccups.
  • This also helps prevent clogs from occurring.
  • Make sure that you are using fresh water each time as well.
  • Otherwise, sediment will build up inside of your brewer over time and cause issues with brewing coffee.
  • You should also check to see if there is anything stuck in the nozzle of your brewer.
  • As it may be blocking coffee from coming out properly.
  • Lastly, check to see if there is too much coffee left in your brewer after brewing.

Finally, after looking at all of these different causes, we come to our conclusion: If your Keurig is not working and all of its lights are on, there is a good chance you have some water in it.

And if that’s not it, you may need to call tech support.

However, I know how frustrating it can be when you bought a brand new machine only to find out that it doesn’t work properly.
