Connect by Speaker wires
You would have to use a speaker wire to connect it to the receiver through the speaker inputs and outputs on the subwoofer.
Connect the speaker terminals on the receiver for the front right and left speakers to the left and right speaker input terminals on the subwoofer. Then connect the front left and right speakers to the left and right speaker output terminals on the subwoofer.
So, the subwoofer receives input from the receiver and connections are then output from the subwoofer to the front left and right speakers.
Use RCA (Connect Subwoofer to the receiver with no input)
An issue arises when we have a subwoofer with one RCA input and a speaker with two RCA inputs. What to do in these sorts of circumstances?
If you are using a desktop, then try to connect speakers with the green-colored audio jack and connect the subwoofer to the output with the orange-colored audio jack.
If you have a stereo output then connect one L/R output to the speakers available and connect other outputs to the subwoofer.
Connect multiple speakers with subwoofer
Connecting multiple speakers with a subwoofer does not make much difference however it can improve the stereo imaging. However, it can benefit by connecting two speakers in a series of two parallel speakers.
But the difference is unnoticeable. The amp will not put more power but it will limit the power output.
