About two months ago, I was ready to chuck my old coffee maker into the garbage, where it belonged. I wasn’t upset about having to buy a new one, though.
I just wanted to find one that didn’t take forever to brew and brewed strong enough coffee that would still be hot when it was finished brewing.
Oh, and it needed to be affordable! So after doing some research on my favorite appliance site.
I finally settled on the Cuisinart DCC-3200 Coffee Maker with Stainless Steel Carafe – and I am glad I did.

ToggleWhy buy this model of Cuisinart coffee maker
The Cuisinart DCC-1200.BK 12-Cup Programmable Coffeemaker / Glass Carafe – Black, happens to be an ideal product for me as it produces excellent tasting coffee with minimal effort.
I don’t particularly enjoy cleaning up after a good cup of java and that’s exactly what I got with my new coffee maker; it gives me excellent coffee without a lot of work. The best part about it though has to be how easy it is to use.
Removable water reservoir – no need to lift out the whole machine
The Cuisinart DCC-2650BK Coffee Maker comes with a removable water reservoir, meaning you don’t have to lift out and replace a heavy whole machine just to fill it up. That’s not only convenient—it also means there’s less chance of accidentally breaking your expensive machine.
Heats up in 10 minutes
I love how quickly my new Cuisinart coffee maker heats up. So, I can set it before I go to work and then come home to a nice cup of hot coffee without waiting an hour. Then I used to have a Mr. Coffee that took forever to heat up, which meant I had to wait around for hours to enjoy my morning brew.
With my new Cuisinart coffee maker, I don’t have any more excuses for being late! My favourite part is that it also keeps coffee warm. I hate having to make two pots if we’re still wanting our caffeine fix after dinner – with my Cuisinart coffeemaker, I just make one pot, and we get to drink it all day long.
Hot water ready at any time with the press of a button
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been waiting for water to boil in a kettle only to get busy and forget it. The 24-hour programmable feature means that I can set it in advance (or even right before bedtime), and have hot water ready when I need it most.
I don’t need to keep running back and forth between a kitchen stove and coffee pot; these machines are all self-contained, just like everything else these days.
Grind beans directly into your mug, large enough to make multiple cups at once
Coffee connoisseurs will argue that freshly ground beans are essential to getting a delicious cup of joe. The Cuisinart Grind & Brew TM 12-Cup Automatic Coffee Maker makes it easy to brew fresh, flavourful coffee with or without a grinder.
Simply choose whole bean or single-serve and use either your own freshly ground beans or pre-ground beans with no adjustment of flavor or texture.
Brew Pause feature lets you grab a cup before your whole pot is done
Most people (myself included) don’t have time to wait for a whole pot of coffee to brew. But here’s a nice feature that solves that problem:
The Cuisinart drip coffee machine comes with what they call a brew-pause feature.
This means that you can lift it on and off your carafe while it’s brewing without interrupting or slowing down its progress.
This also means you can grab a cup before your whole pot is done. How nice! No more waiting around for your full pot to finish brewing just so you can get a quick jolt of caffeine.
Now you can drink one cup right away and save another one for later.

It is amazing how much better freshly brewed tastes than instant or even those expensive K-cups.So yes, there are some benefits to using a Coffee Maker instead of an old fashion drip brewer or an electric tea kettle.
