Sometimes, it is better to contact Philips themselves to ask for a replacement. You can find your nearest Philips service center on their website. You can also contact them directly through their toll-free number.
They will be able to give you all of your options, including a shipping address where you can send your product so they can replace it at no cost.
Some websites may say that they offer replacement parts. But what they really mean is that if you buy from them they will give you a discount on purchasing another product.
They do this in order to replace one part of it. This is not what we are looking for because eventually all our parts wear out and we need replacements.
